In the 80s, the estate extended to include Pouilly Fumé, located in the commune of Tracy-sur-Loire. This expansion included unique parcels in La Roche and Les Froids, previously owned by the Priest of Tracy-sur-Loire. The vineyards of La Roche, planted on top of the old flint quarry, and Les Froids, on the fault of the flint quarry and the old bed of the Loire River, are truly one-of-a-kind.

The Domaine has now evolved into Domaine Les Ormousseaux, inspired by the lieu-dit, and is situated just outside the commune of Saint-Pére in the South of the Coteaux du Giennois appellation.

Clément Jolivet, born locally in Cosne-sur-Loire, comes from a long family line involved in wine in Sancerre and Pouilly Fumé. He spent many moments alongside his grandfather visiting the estate as a young boy. In these cherished moments, a deep connection was established with the domaine.

Clément officially took over the historical estate in April 2021, bringing a new perspective and natural change. His approach to Viticulture and farming stems from a deep respect for nature. Clément converted to organic farming to nurture the soils and give energy to the vines using sustainable practices. The 2024 vintage marks the first certified Organic vintage, a significant milestone in the commitment to sustainable practices and the environment.
